Goal - Design, manufacture, and compete in the National Havoc Robotics League (NHRL) competition.
Tenure - 2024 to present
Role:
Mechanical Team Member - Worked on CAD, part selection, and manufacturing process for the hardware of the robot.
Objectives:
- Engineering weaponry and drive train for a 12lb robot to compete in the National Havoc Robotics League.
- Have a robot within regulations to compete in the 2026 NHRL Competition.
- Manufacture components using parts, tools, funding, and materials given to the club.
- Learn and expand on knowledge of robotics and overall engineering process in a team environment.

Contributions:
Robot CAD
- Helped compile information for the overall design of the robot by finding resources from previous competition winners, discords, and forums.
- Designed and modelled the vertical spinner, axles, and imported standard screws for the design.
- Learned/Developed: Version control and collaboration on a single CAD; Stability and material selection, Motor Selection.

Machining and Robot Assembly
- Helped machine drive train frame for robot using CNC Tormach Mill from block of aluminum.
- Worked with battery, motor, and esc tuning and testing.
- Helped assemble robot, mold wheels, and create test box.
- Learned/Developed: Skills with machining tools; Skills with manufacturing and material selection; Familiarity with motor selection and wiring.
